In a latest interview President Museveni explained the Uganda Rwanda relations stating that Uganda as a country had no problem opening the borders but it was Rwanda failing the process .
About the recent events where it had been reported that Rwanda was spying on top Ugandan officials Museveni Said Rwanda was wasting time because there was nothing they were going to find out . The Ugandan president continued by stating that incase Uganda has secrets the Rwandan government can never find out if Uganda doesn’t want it .
