Lukwago calls Jim Muhwezi a terrorist.
Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago while in a topical discussion in the recent meeting at Next Media Park on NBS Television while discussing about the recent terror attacks onUganda in the capital Kampala at the Central Police station and Parliamentary Avenue called Minister for security Jim Muhwezi a terrorist.

The state mate came while they were sharing their views on the matter calling a terrorist saying that since the retired military officer participated in the 1986 Liberation battle with the President His Excellency Yoweri K Museveni, it made him a bush terrorist as they fought during the war killing people during the fight.
The mayor Lukwago was making a point of the aggressive reaction of the military to action of offenders saying that they should not be shot at but rather taken to court for answer of their crimes against the state of Uganda.

However the minister corrected him saying that their role was to protect all Ugandans including suspects and the government care about the suspects so much and could not try to kill them since they are also nationals and required protection by the state.
