NUP demands release of their NUP comrades in Kasese

Last week on 4th of November 2021 four officials of the National Unity Platform in Kasese  were arrested by police and were remanded to the prison in Kasese after they were got in a meeting they had held on political matters as part of NUP mobilization plan concerning their party and its role in the current regime

The four included Bwambale Jeffrey also known as the Western Prince, Mumbere Isaac, Basisa Brian and Isande Atonozio who were arrested and remanded on acts of Trison in the recent arrest.

Today 8thNovember 2021, National Unity platform through its spokesperson Joel Ssenyoyi demanded for the unconditional release of their counter parts in Kasese because the fellow political agents as they were on routine meetings which is allowed by law.

The message of their release came out today during their weekly press conference and assessment of the current situation which is held at their headquarters in Kamwokya.
