Kabale District
Kabale district is a Ugandan district located South Western Uganda in the Kigezi region neighboring Uganda with Rwanda through Katuna border. Kable District is the biggest district in the Kigezi region before Kisoro District.

Kabale district is the biggest district in Kigezi region known for its people of Bachiga who are the natives of the town and the district as a whole.

Kabale is the coldest region in Uganda, together with the whole of the Kigezi region it is the coldest where the region cold throughout the year. However the region weather varies throughout the day where it may be hot throughout the day however it is very cold with temperatures going as low as 5 degrees at nights.

Kabale just like other areas in uganda has multiple natural tourist attractions with the most popular ones being Lake Bunyonyi a crater lake in mountains of Bunyonyi in the hills of Kabale district. The region all together is also known for Mgahinga Gorilla National Park which is popular for gorilla trekking.
