 Confirmed Museveni to fully Open Schools

 

In a leaked document of the President´s Speech a source close to State house Uganda showed Hardrockmedia that His Excellency the President of Uganda was to fully open Schools from the nursery level to the highest institutions of learning.

The document which was addressed to the President by his main Academic Advisor included details of the COVID 19 Cases and the recovered cases that were in the schools during the first opening where the Executive had recommended the closure of the schools.

The president was also notified on the disadvantages and those that have risen from the continued stay of the children at home which were the commonest problem expressed by parents which included increased early pregnancies, increased use of drugs and the increased form of indiscipline cases in the students which were in different forms

The Letter confirmed that the president should fully reopen schools as it was the best and only solution that the meeting had come up with to address the issue by the Government.

The President also confirmed and approved the letter to be incorporated in his Friday speech which he is going to address the country on Friday about the resolution to the economy.
