Allan Ampaire popularly known as Allan Toniks is a Ugandan musician, gutaristist and platinum recording artist. He is known for his big hits like Beera nange, Sikuleka, Sunday ft DJ Roja SlickStuart.

Allan was born in 1987 in Mbarara district in Western Uganda where the artist lived with his parents where he stayed with his parents throughout his childhood.
