Barbara Itungo Kyagulanyi popularly known as Barbie Kyagulanyi is a Uganda feminist, philanthropist and author. She is one of the most influential women in Uganda for years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 according to the yearly report by hardrockmedia.org made in 2021. She is the wife to pop star and popular politician Bobi Wine who contested for presidential elections in 2021.

Barbie Kyagulanyi was born on 7thSeptember 1982 in Ntugamo district in Western Uganda where the she lived throughout her childhood with her parents and siblings where the family lived in Kempen Rugarama in Ntugamo as an extended family.

Barbie Kyagulanyi studied from Bweranyangi girls Secondary school in Bushenyi district where she received her Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education before she joined Makerere University for a Bachelor in Social Works and Social Administration.

The play gave them plenty of bonding time as a couple where they connected for their relationship as friends first then later followed with a relationship.

It was attended by the queen of Buganda Kingdom Mama Nabbagereka in which she graced the wedding with her attendance.
