Ernest Nsimbi popularly known as GNL Zamba is a Ugandan popular Hip Hop recording Artist, song writer and philanthropist who raps mainly in Luganda with and English. He is credited for popularizing Luganda Rap Music in the Country from the ghettos of Kampala. He is the CEO and founder of Baboon Forest Entertainment a small Music label and Events company in Uganda.
2. Where was GNL Zamba born?
GNL Zamba was born on 22thJanuary 1986 in Mukono district Uganda where he stayed throughout his childhood with his parents where his father was an Electrical technician before he later moved to Kawempe. However his father claims the GNL Zamba was born on 29thJanuary 1986.

GNL Zamba studied at Makerere University where he graduated with a bachelor in in Environmental Management before he could start singing.

GNL Zamba started snging in 2007 after he had finished studying at Makerere University where he went on to produce his first record which led to him being signed by Platinum Entertainment after the music competition organized by Platinum which was an upcoming Record Label which managed him for one year the he went on to start his own label Baboon Forest where he produced his first countrywide record Koyi Koyi.

GNL Zamba got married to his wife Miriam Tamar in 2018 in California United States of America. The couple had meet in Uganda where Miriam Tamar was in Uganda for her tourism around Northern Uganda.
