 Activist Kakwenza charged and remanded to Kitalya

After the High court had ordered government to produce Uganda activist and Ugandan writer Kakwenza Rukirabashaija who was arrested by the Ugandan police over charges of oofensive communication where he made some statements on his social media account.

Writer Kakwenza charged

After this second order by the court to the government the Kakwenza has been finally charged with two counts of offensive communication and remanded to Kitalya till 21^st January, 2022 at the Buganda Road Court.

The charging of the writer has come after several attempts by the opposition of government in Uganda which was pushing the government and the Judiciary for Justice of Kakwenza who was arrested over the offensive communication as in the article
