Museveni is now a certified dictator – Bobi Wine
In his 12th January, 2022 Bobi wine confirmed in a press Briefing that the Ugandan president Museveni is now a certified dictator who was completely against the people in his actions using the army and in his plan to impose his son General Muhoozi Kainerugaba.
In his speech Bobi Wine real name Kyagulanyi Ssentamu who is the leader of the National Unity Platform (NUP) confirmed that HE Museveni was one on his last step of dictatorship which was to completely take away all power from the people OF Uganda through the new proposal which would change from adult suffrage popular vote for presidency to no handling power to parliament to vote for the new president of Uganda which would mean that the party with highest members of parliament would have the upper hand in deciding the president of Uganda.

Bobi Wine emphasized that Museveni had this trick of bring new resolutions as joke which he uses to now amend the constitution taking away the power from the people of Uganda because he got out bruised in the 2021 elections bruised and tired due to his old age. This was all a plan for his son general Muhoozi to become President.
The NUP President also mentioned of the 2017 incident where he said that Museveni used bribery and intimidation to amend the constitution which allowed him to stay in power which took away the age limit in the presidency position where the army attacked and the was chaos in Parliament which caused insecurity in the house during the constitutional amendment.
Robert Kyagulanyi also hinted on the big numbers of Ugandans who were arrested during the elections in 2021 because of wearing the red beret claiming that it was illegal mentioning that why aren’t they arresting them right now after elections. This was because they know that they can’t because they were not breaking the law and he finished by challenging what he called the dictator and his counter parts.
