Tabula Kizito Timothy popularly known as VJ Jingo is the biggest and one of the oldest VJs in Uganda popular for translating movies into the most popular local language in Uganda Luganda to capture the local market that does not understand the foreign languages mostly English.

VJ Jingo was born in 1971 from Kanyunga District to his parents where the VJ lived throughout his childhood.

VJ Jingo started his career a VJ in July 1988 where he started as a small VJ in Kamapal where he worked for the Library owner Nelson Ocheng where he worked for over 9 years before starting his own media library.

The rivalry between VJ Junior and VJ Jingo has existed since 2011 where there was intense comparisons of who is better but according to hardrockmedia research it has been proven that both VJs have their strengths and weaknesses. VJ Jingo has a net worth of over 231 million Ugandan shillings with his VJ career bringing in over 51 million Uganda in 2018 which was his highest grossing career from selling movies from his various libraries in Kampala.
