Ibrahim Tusubira popularly known as Isma Olas a Ugandan blogger and political Commentator. Isma Olaxess is the current President of the Uganda Bloggers Association where he was elected in 2021. He is one of the Biggest and most recognized online political analysts in Uganda.

Isma Olaxess was born in 1970 in Kampala in Central Uganda where he lived with his parents and grew up from before he later moved to United States.
