Ali Bukeni popularly known as Nubian Li is a Ugandan recording artist,song writer, producer and political activist. He is known for his popular songs with pop star Bobi Wine and he is also the Best Friend to the pop star. He is signed under Fire Base Entertainment which was founded by singer Bobi Wine.

Nubian Li was born on 4 August 1983 in Wakiso district in Uganda where he lived with his siblings after his mother had died before he could start singing.

Nubian Li started singing in 2002 where he started as a solo artist in Kamwokya where he worked until he was signed in 2005 by Fire Base Entertainment of Bobi Wine which elevated his career as a recording artist.

Nubian Li and Bobi Wine would later release their hit single together Adam ne Kawa which was the biggest song of the year and later releasing Akwagala, ghetto Kigwa Leero in 2015 and other hit single as a duo.
