Pastor Aloysius Bugingo popularly known as Pastor Bugingo is a Ugandan pastor founder and senior pastor at House of prayer ministries International. He IS the proprietor of Salt media group including Salt TV and Salt Radio which he founded under the church.

Pastor Bugingo was born on 25 November 1972 in Masaka district where he lived with his grandparents before he could later move to Kampala the capital to start hi church.

Pastor Bugingo studied from Kayiwa International University where he he was awrded the Certificate in Christian Culture Mentoring on 28thJune 2019 . He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology.

Pastor Bugingo started his ministry in 1991 where he was later in 1992 invited to minster in radio Impact FM which was an interactive show about where he officially moved to serve at Christian Centre in Ndeeba where he served as Church assistant in 1999.
