Mubarak Munyagwa is a Ugandan politician and Businessman. He is the former Chairperson of the Committee on Commissions, statutory Authorities and States Enterprises (COSASE). He is also the former Member of Parliament of Kawempe south for the term 2016 to 2021.

Mubarak Munyagwa was born in Wakiso District where the politician lived throughout his childhood then taken to Western Uganda for His Primary Education before coming back top Kampala for Higher level education

Mubarak Munyagwa studied from Mahayoro Primary School, then Kitagwenda High School for ordinary level receiving his UACE Certificate at Nakasero SS. He graduated with a Diploma of Laws from LDC before graduating from Makerere University with a Bachelor’s Degree.
