Fille Mutoni is a Ugandan singer, song writer and recording artist. Fille came to countrywide popularity in 2013 after she released her hit single Where have been At, followed with Gat no money which established her as an artist.

Fille Mutoni was born on 25 July 1991 in Ankole region where she lived through her early life before moviong to Kampala for education. Fille Mutoni was born to parents mother Odette Rwibasira and father Peter Rwabasira.
