Richard Mugisha professionally known as Mr. Lee of the B2C Entertainment band is a Ugandan singer, song writer and recording artist. He is one of the three members of the B2C soldiers also known as the Kampala boys.

Mr. Lee B2C was born in Nansana Wakiso district where grew up with his mother and siblings and started his early childhood education.
