Judith Nabakooba was born on 28 October 1977 in Luweero District in Central Uganda where she started her Earl Childhood education before later Moving to Kampala.

She graduated from Makerere University with a Bachelor Degree f Mass Communication. And later a Master’s Degree in Human Rights at Makerere University.

Judith Nabakooba started her political career in the Uganda Police Force where she served as Police Spokesperson. She joined the Police Force in 2004. Judith Nabakooba would join elective politics in 2016 where she contested and won the race for Mityana District Woman Representative under the NRM.
