Joseph Sserwadda popularly known as Pastor Sserwadda is a Ugandan pastor, religious leader and Scholar. He is the leader of the Born again Federation in Uganda which is the Biggest Born Again Church federation. He was elected the leader of the federation by fellow Pastors in the Federation.

Pastor Sserwadda was born in Gomba District in Central Uganda where he lived Pastor Sserwadda throughout his childhood before moving to Kampala for his further education to later start his church.
