Pastor Aloysius Bugingo popularly known as Pastor Bugingo is a Ugandan pastor founder and senior pastor at House of prayer ministries International. He IS the proprietor of Salt media group including Salt TV and Salt Radio which he founded under the church.

Pastor Bugingo was born on 25 November 1972 in Masaka district where he lived with his grandparents before he could later move to Kampala the capital to start hi church.

Pastor Bugingo’s tribe is a Munyarwanda from the Rwandese Tribes. He has origins from Rwanda where his great grandparents were born before they moved to Uganda where he was born. He is however Ugandan by Citizenship.

Pastor Bugingo started his ministry in 1991 where he was later in 1992 invited to minster in radio Impact FM which was an interactive show about where he officially moved to serve at Christian Centre in Ndeeba where he served as Church assistant in 1999.
He would later quit in 2010 to start his own church House of Prayer Ministry International HPMI IN 2011.
