Michael Lulume Bayiga is a Uganda Politiciana and Senior medical doctor. He is the Member of Parliament representative of Buikwe South elected on 14 January 2021 in the Uganda general elections. He is a former secretary general of the Democratic party DP where he served from 2007 to 2010.
