Spider-Man movies ranked worst to Best. The ranking of these movies will keep evolving with more times I watch them and other new knowledge we gain on the movies.
10. Spiderman 3
Thoght at the Height of its popularity with Tobby Maguire as the lead, Spiderman 3 was criticized on its weak story. This doesn’t mean the movie was weak but rather the Bar at the time was so high that the Movie could not go beyond the high set bar by the critics and the fans.
9. The Amazing Spider-Man 2
With Andrew Garfield at his highest popularity is his second Spider man which fell a bit short than the first one on story being weak. However where the movie failed in story paid in visual Spectacle providing at better view on how visual Spiderman could be in New York City.
8. The Amazing Spider-man (2012)
At number 8 is the Amazing Spiderman which was hailed with its stellar casting of Andrew Garfield who was the right choice on this new phase Spiderman story telling had taken.
7. Spiderman: Far From Home (2019)
Another installment in the MCU Spiderman came in the 2019 Tom Holland Spiderman Far From home where Peter Peter must wrestle between his life as a student and his role with with Tony Stark as hhis mentor comes in at number 7.
6. Spiderman: Homecoming (2017)
The first Marvel Spiderman film surprised viewers around the world. This was mainly on how they handled the characters and based the story on a new way of telling including the relationship of Peter and Gwen which they changed the approach to which impressed lovers of the Franchise.
5. Spider-Man 2 (2004)
After the popularity of the first live action Spiderman feature the second surprised viewers, going al out on Spectacle, storytelling and visuals all at once. The movie was out of the safe safe of fearing risk, the route it had taken which viewers loved.
4. Spiderman: No way home (2021)
With High anticipation and the Franchise at its biggest came Spiderman no way home. Which used the Spectacle of the Marvel Cinematic Universe to create this piece. With Cameos from the Franchise characters from the Spiderman movies, it captured views attention with this MCU touch.
3. Spider-Man (2002)
The first introduction of live action Spiderman was the most anticipated movie of the year. The movie was fresh on the years. The story captured young viewers who were in love with the character which even laid the ground for popularity on Superhero movies on the years that followed.
2. Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse 2023
Following the success of the previous film, Across the SpiderVerse came with a lot of Pressure to top the 2018 Into the SpiderVerse and challenging the film makers on how they cpould follow the popularity and critical acclaim. The movie went and surprised viewers focusing more on the relationship rather than Spectacle as people expected which not only impressed critcs but the entire community of this popular Franchise.
1. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse
This is the greatest Spiderman film, Using revolutionary animation techniques that were new to the Industry, Into the Spider Verse not only influence animation but rather a wide look at how Spiderman movies were made. The first feature of Miles Morales which surprised very many on how character was developed respecting both culture and the franchise itself.
The lists that are not statistical are a bit subjective because as Humans we love to be listened to and to share our opinions on topics we are passionate about.
