Carol Nantogo met her husband Dylan through the music industry. She describes him as a kind, calm, an understanding man and her best friend.
Although at first Carol did not know that he had a connection with Mesach Ssemakula the two gradually connected and began dating in 2017.
The two kept their relationship away from the public for seven years only letting the public know on their engagement.

After being in a relationship for eight years Carol Nantogo and her husband got engaged on November 19, 2025.
Their engagement took place in the presence of friends, family and fellow musicians and Carol accepted the proposal to her long time lover and this gained the two public attention.
Shortly after their engagement, on December 10, 2025, Dylan and Carol held their Kukyala Ceremony at her family home in Namugongo Wakiso district and it was a lowkey event limited to immediate family members,close friends and media personalities.
This kukyala ceremony was the formality to show they are married although their wedding dates have not been set yet.

On June 6, 2026 a naming ceremony was held to officially welcome their new born baby girl to the Senkole family.Only family and a few friends were invited.
The newborn was named Diora Briana Victoria Nnalu.
