Who Is Apostle Grace Lubega?
Apostle Grace Lubega Matovu is a Ugandan preacher, song writer, former banker, businessman and the founder of Phaneroo Ministries International. He established the ministry in 2014, and it has since grown into one of Uganda’s recognised Christian ministries.
Through his ministry leadership and public activities. Apostle Lubega has attracted public attention not only for his preaching but also for his lifestyle, family and the properties his associated with.

Apostle Grace Lubega’s Muyenga residence is one of the properties of interest to people following his lifestyle. Muyenga is an upscale residential neighbourhood in Kampala, known for its large homes, private compounds and impressive views of the city.

Apostle Lubega’s Wife
Apostle Grace held a kukyala ceremony in March 2019 where he was officially introduced to his in-laws and later March 9, 2019 he married his partner Nicole Kavuma Lubega in a private wedding ceremony held at Serena Hotel Kigo, Wakiso district.
On their wedding a few people were invited only family members and close friends.
His wife Nicole is a law graduate of Ugandan Christian University (UCU) and she is also involved in church activities working alongside her husband at Phaneroo ministries.

Apostle Grace Lubega has spoken about the use of cars as tools for spreading the Gospel rather than simply as luxury possessions.
He owns high-end vehicles among which is his Mercedes-Benz S600 from the S-Class W220 generation, fitted with a V12 engine and valued at approximately UGX 650 million.
He also has a black Range Rover Vogue L405 which is estimated to be worth UGX 380 million and a Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series valued at around UGX 760 million.
His vehicles combine luxury, comfort and performance.
The Naguru Property and Church Grounds
One of the biggest publicly documented properties associated with Lubega is the four-acre Naguru land acquired for Phaneroo Ministries International. The property is located in Kampala’s Naguru area, near Naguru General Hospital. It became an important location for the ministry’s fellowships and large religious gatherings.
The land was purchased at UGX 1.2 billion in addition to annual ground rent of UGX 60million.
The Kisasi Land Investment
Before the Naguru acquisition, Phaneroo had purchased five acres of land in Kisasi Kampala. Apostle Lubega mentioned the Kisasi land was initially considered for the construction of a worship facility before the ministry pursued the Naguru opportunity.
The Ministries Village Property in Ntinda
This is an office property serving as the administrative headquarters of Phaneroo Ministries. It is a double-storeyed building with a spacious compound and is approximately three acres of land located at Plot 6, Kyambogo Drive Ministers’ Village in Ntinda and is estimated to be worth is UGX 8-10 billion.
The Katale Road Property
Another property associated with Apostle Grace is Phaneroo ministries financial activities is the one plot along Katale-Kampala Road was used alongside four Naguru plots as security for loans from Equity Bank. Its borrowing resolutions totalling Shs18.5 billion.
