When Edith told her husband about it he was not bothered forgiving her instantly and she later got to know the brothers had agreed an eye for an eye would settle all.

Ahamada demanding authority but providing no support

When Kabazungu gave birth Ahamada began controlling her all the time which later led to their fall out and it was her  Ahamada’s brother who took care of all her and Sheebah’s needs.

When Sheebah had grown she chose to stop in senior two and pursue a music career and Ahamada used to send orders to end that journey even after being absent in all her life.

Why was Ahamada and his daughter estranged

Over the years Sheebah shares that  she was raised by a single mother in the slums of Kawempe who played both mother and father roles because Ahamada was never supportive, not financially nor as a father.

Musoke was a very strong muslim and always disapproved Sheebahs music passion saying Sheebah’s secular music ,dirty dance styles and skimpy outfits were sinful because they went against his religious beliefs and a disgrace.

Ahamada always sent orders demanding Sheebah stop singing and Sheebah was never willing to stop her music career claiming he was never a  present father  and has no authority over her life.

His sons attempts to reunite him with Sheebah

Before Ahamadah Kimali died his eldest son Swaibu Senfuka had tried several times to reunite Ahamada and Sheebah but had always failed and on his last attempt Sheebah refused to reconcile with the Dad and said she was still hurt by her fathers failure to support her during childhood.

The two were always clashing and Ahamada disowned his daughter before his death.
